Returns

You can return your rug in two ways: under your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving it, or under our voluntary extended policy up to 30 days after delivery. To start either, email contact@rugeditorial.com or use the contact form below.

Right of withdrawal (within 14 days)

Within 14 days of receiving your order you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Once we receive the returned rug, we issue your full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We provide a free prepaid FedEx return label. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value from handling the rug beyond what is needed to inspect it (for example, if it has been washed, used, or soiled).

Extended returns (days 15–30)

As a goodwill gesture we also accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a full refund under this extended window, the item must be:

• In new, unused condition, with the original packaging
• Free of pet dander, fur, odors, dirt, or stains
• Free of signs of wear, washing, or improper care
• Free of damage, tears, or defects

Please contact us before sending anything back under the extended policy so we can authorize it and issue your label. Where you return multiple items, ship each in its own packaging. Items that don't meet these conditions don't qualify under the extended policy and may be returned to you.

Refunds

We provide you with a free prepaid FedEx return label. Simply attach it to your box and either schedule a pickup with FedEx or drop it off at a FedEx location.

Please note that in some remote areas, FedEx pickup service may not be available. In such cases, you'll need to bring your package to the nearest FedEx drop-off point. You can check available pickup and drop-off locations on the FedEx website before making a purchase to ensure this option works for you, as we're unable to offer additional return methods beyond this.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received.
