Returns
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service before sending any products back. It is essential that you obtain authorization from our customer service team prior to returning any items.
Return Guidelines:
We gladly accept returns of any Rug Editorial products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging.
- No pet dander, fur, or odors.
- Free of dirt, grass, or other stains.
- No signs of wear, washing, or improper care.
- No damage, tears, or other visible defects.
All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. Any product returned in a condition that is deemed unsellable will not qualify for a refund.
Multiple items:
If you wish to return multiple items, each must be shipped separately with its own shipping label. Additionally, all items must be in their original packaging.
Packaging Requirements:
Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original packaging, the return may not be accepted.
Refund Process:
We provide you with a free prepaid FedEx return label. Simply attach it to your box and either schedule a pickup with FedEx or drop it off at a FedEx location.
Please note that in some remote areas, FedEx pickup service may not be available. In such cases, you’ll need to bring your package to the nearest FedEx drop-off point. You can check available pickup and drop-off locations on the FedEx website before making a purchase to ensure this option works for you, as we’re unable to offer additional return methods beyond this.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received.
